There is a beta version of Xournal++ for mobile devices: https://github.com/xournalpp/xournalpp_mobile/

I never used it, only the desktop version, that was good.

Edit: on a closer inspection it seems like abandoned, but apk direct download is available.

I use mailbox.org, my 2 points for it were:

• it has IMAP support, so I can use whatever client I like
• for “normal” people it doesn’t sound very strange.

The header defines the language, but laws follow political borders, so it makes sense. E.g. which country’s eula would you show for a German speaker Germany, Austria or Switzerland?

• Todo list: Nextcloud Deck, it has a web app and android app. Tasks here are usually long term, and I only update them infrequently
• For quick notes and tasks Nextcloud tasks, on mobile I edit with opentasks, and sync with davx5, on desktop I edit them in Thunderbird.
• Everything which has a date or deadline goes to the calendar. Again it’s nextcloud, synced with davx5, etar is my calendar app on android, Thunderbird on desktop.
• Shopping list goes to HomeAssistant
