This is still true with DRM free games. GOG’s agreement is different to Steam’s in that you own your purchase

It’s really that simple. $60 million fewer dollars from $1 billion in revenue over 8 years (using your numbers here, please correct me if you think it’ll make your case stronger) is still about $1 billion. Any way you cut it, it doesn’t change the fact that it’s just a few cents
